Thanks for visiting. I spent the bulk of 2007 concentrating my time in furthering the voice of my work in order to apply for a handful of highly competitive residency programs. This rather sidetracked my ability to procure shows, but did propel my work in exciting ways. Your feedback of my new work has been very helpful - thanks to all who have supported me in this way. Summer 06 My 5 weeks in New York as a Cooper Union Resident Artist were invaluable. I was able to fully concentrate on the development of my art while engaging in discussions and critiques with peers. As well, I had the opportunity to have one on one discussions about my art with Peter Scheldahl, Margot McLean + James Hilman, Danica Phelps, and Mathhew Bennedicto. Not to mention staying in the village in a city with fantastic artistic energy.
